For certain translation requirements, including Spanish sworn translations, we may work with suitably qualified independent translators.
Where documents require legalisation, authentication, attestation or similar processing, we may coordinate these services through specialist third-party providers in the relevant jurisdiction.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Gravity Systems does not guarantee that a particular authority or third party will approve, recognise or rely upon a document processed through our services.
The ultimate decision regarding any application, submission or document rests with the receiving organisation or authority.
Where you request legalisation, authentication, attestation, sworn translation, courier delivery or another service performed wholly or partly by a third party, you authorise us to coordinate that service on your behalf.
We may use independent translators, legalisation providers, couriers and other specialist service providers where necessary.
Third-party processing times and decisions are outside our direct control. We therefore cannot guarantee processing times where completion depends upon an external provider, government authority or other third party.
Any turnaround or delivery times displayed on our website or communicated to you are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Processing may be affected by factors including document complexity, additional information being required, third-party processing, public holidays, government processing times and courier delays.
We will make reasonable efforts to complete services within the indicated timeframe but cannot guarantee completion by a particular date unless this has been expressly agreed in writing.
Completed documents may be provided digitally or, where selected, delivered as physical copies.
Where physical delivery is requested, we may use international courier or postal services.
Once documents have been transferred to a third-party courier or postal provider, delivery may be subject to that provider’s procedures and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where a cancellation is requested before work has begun, we may provide a refund where appropriate.
Once processing, translation, third-party services or other substantive work has commenced, amounts already incurred or attributable to work performed may be non-refundable.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights that you may have under applicable consumer law.
The Gravity Systems website, branding, software, workflows, written content and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Gravity Systems LLC and may not be copied, reproduced or commercially exploited without permission.
Customers retain their rights in documents and materials supplied to us for processing.
You grant us the limited permission necessary to process, reproduce, transmit and otherwise handle submitted materials for the purpose of providing the services you request.
We handle personal information and submitted documents in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Documents may be shared with translators, processing partners, legalisation providers, couriers or other service providers where reasonably necessary to fulfil your order.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gravity Systems LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from the use of our services.
We are not responsible for decisions made by government bodies, consulates, authorities, institutions or other third parties, or for delays and failures caused by external service providers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
We may modify our services, website or these Terms from time to time.
The Terms applicable to an order will generally be those in effect when the order was placed, unless a change is required by law or otherwise agreed between us.
